Be a part of our tour and explore some of the most widely known destinations in central and northern Greece. We will start from Athens and we will head to Delphi where we will visit its archeological site and afterwards the traditional mountain village of Arachova. We will arrive in Kalambaka early in the evening. During the second day of our tour we will visit some of Metora’s great monasteries. These monasteries built on high rocks in the Valley of Thessaly are one of the most famous landmarks of Greece and attracts numerous visitors every year from all over the world. Late in the afternoon, we will arrive in Thessaloniki, the second biggest city in Greece. The third day of our trip we will visit the archeological site of Dion. Afterwards we will walk around Enipeas Gorge that is at the bottom of Mountain Olympus. There we can admire the beautiful waterfall which are located at the springs of the Gorge and we will get back in Thessaloniki. During the forth day we will have the opportunity to visit the archeological site and museum of Ancient Pella, the archeological site of Vergina and the Polycentric museum of Aigai. The epilogue of this beautiful day will be the visit of the old city of Veria. The next day(fifth) of our tour we will leave beautiful Thessaloniki behind us and we will head straight for the archeological site of Philippi in Kavala, we will also have a guided tour in Imaret- a masterpiece of Islamic architecture and an unforgettable meal experience with traditional greek food. During the last day of our memorable trip, we will have the chance to meet some of the most famous cultural monuments in the center of Thessaloniki. Needless to say that Greek flavors and local dishes will be an integral part of our long day trip.
